Sports Week will be held week commencing Monday 27th June, starting each morning at 9.30am on
the KS2 field:
 Year 5 & 6 - Monday 27th June (Reserve date Tuesday 5th July)
 Year 3 & 4 - Tuesday 28th June (Reserve date Monday 4th July)
 Nursery - Wednesday 29th June (Reserve date Wednesday 6th July)
 Reception - Thursday 30th June (Reserve date Thursday 7th July)
 Year 1 & 2 - Friday 1st July (Reserve date Friday 8th
July)

 Children should come to school on their Sports Day dressed in their PE kit and House colour T Shirt:
St Peter - Red
St Paul - Green
St Helen - Yellow
St Bernadette -Blue
 Classteachers will confirm to the children which House they are in on Monday 13th June.
 Children will return to class once all races have been completed and are not allowed to leave with their
parents as they have a half day of school activities ahead of them.
 Entrance for parents will be via the Nursery gates.
 Please refrain from crossing over the race area; remain on the designated area for spectators.
 Children will stay with their Classteacher at all times.
 Please ensure that your child has a hat, sun cream applied before school and a bottle of water with
their name on it.
 Please do not park across residents’ driveways whilst attending this event.
During Sports Day, we accept that parents may wish to take photographs and/or film their child. However, in
light of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations), parents must agree to the following terms and
conditions:
 All filming / photography is for personal use only and must not be shared with external agencies
 No video, film or still photography from school events may be posted to any form of social media
By taking photographs or filming your child during any school activities, parents agree to the Schools terms
and conditions especially regarding the use of social media. Parents accept that they will be held responsible,
where any images they have shared with others (e.g. family members) are uploaded to social media.
